8:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Back to Basics In this track, we’ll walk through your basic account setup, making sure your alerts, scores and other KPIs are reflective of your fleet’s needs; review the best practices workflow for a day in the life of a coach; and ensure daily and weekly program oversight is in place to ensure your success moving forward. This track is recommended for new SmartDrive customers or those looking for a refresh on the basics. |
Program Oversight & Reporting›› This track goes beyond the basics by diving deeper into your KPIs and reports so you can easily find what’s working, what’s not and where you can improve. You’ll gain insights into all of the tools available to measure your fleet’s performance and how to efficiently and effectively report your fleet’s progress to your management, your managers and even your drivers. Recommended for those who want a deeper understanding of the SmartDrive program and how to take your program to the next level. |
